Bread For Life Inc.
exist as the result of the combined burden and vision
of Ernest Ehabe, Dr. Daniel Shu and others to take
the unchanging message of Jesus Christ to a rapidly
changing continent in words and deeds, combining
evangelism with social action. |

| Bread For
Life came into existence in 1995 when Ernest decided
to put to action a vision he had nursed for many
years. A vision to see Africa and Africans become
spiritually, socially and economically vibrant and
to see their dependence on foreign aid and benevolence
curtailed. |
|
|
|
| 1998 was a pivotal
year. After an extended time of prayer God brought
Dr. Daniel Shu and Ernest together. It was evident
from the time they met and shared their visions
that God was calling them to work as a team. The
result has been a growing organization that is touching
and changing lives directly and indirectly across
Africa, while simultaneously mobilizing friends
in America and Europe to participate in transforming
a continent holistically. |
